We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all hangtags are still attached to receive a full refund.

Yes, we provide a 2-year limited warranty on all bags and luggage, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
How long does shipping take?

How should I clean my Pacsafe bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use bleach, as this may damage the internal anti-theft mesh and coatings.

Many of our collections are now made from Econyl regenerated nylon and recycled polyester (rPET) as part of our commitment to reducing ocean plastic and environmental impact.
